So after my amazing review of The C3 I did some stuff and got ready to go my old high school's valedictorian ceremony. After getting ready I stopped by my friend's house since we were both going so we decided to roll together. While we were waiting for the ceremony to start we just chilled out on his balcony ( got a really nice view ) was so surreal, felt like I was an adult lol.
Now the reason I went was simply, I was bored and said meh, I might as well go, I used to go to the school so I knew most of the guys and gals graduating. So we get there ( me and my friend whose house I stopped by before ) and sit through the speeches of how "children are the future" -"Life is a series of choices" - "Do the right thing". I'm sure we have all herd these before ;p.
It finishes and everyone is congratulating the guys and gals who just graduated and I hail up the few people who I knew but it was kind of odd. I used to spend every day with these people and knew them good enough. But now that I'm in university and don't really talk to them it was like we just met. That was what struck me most of all. How a person can turn from a friend into an acquaintance so fast.
The main point of this post is sometimes the only thing keeping you close to people is that you see them like everyday and if you take that away then you lose the connection immediately. That's not cool.
Anyways take care again everyone.
